This PIE fund provides access to a portfolio of direct loans and other fixed interest securities, offering higher returns than public asset class equivalents, in exchange for lower liquidity. This is achieved by accessing a range of investments initiated and managed by Alvarium primarily in senior lending to a wide range of property projects.

This fund was set up in 2021 to deploy capital of the partners and clients. This fund, that is more diversified than a Direct Investment, has circa $50M of capital. This fund is only for wholesale investors and is currently closed to new investors.
